Returns and Refunds Policy

At Digicraft Signage and Prints, we take great care in producing high-quality bespoke and personalised products tailored specifically to your requirements. Please note the following terms regarding returns and refunds:

  • Bespoke and Personalised Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any goods that have been personalised or made to order, unless an error was made by Digicraft during the production process.

  • Order Accuracy: If we have made a mistake with your order—such as incorrect text, sizing, or design that differs from what was approved—we will remake or refund the affected item(s) at no additional cost.

  • Courier Delays: While we always aim to dispatch your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. A late delivery by the courier does not qualify for a return or refund.

If you believe there has been an issue with your order that meets the above criteria, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, including photographs and a description of the problem.
